Over the years, the organizations we’ve worked with are ambitious and care about their people, but they’ve sat through a fair share of “transformations” that looked good on slides but barely touched real behavior - the offsites that gave them a short-lived burst of energy, the leadership programs that didn’t change how decisions get made, the change plans that quietly stalled once things got uncomfortable. We exist for the moment when organizations and leaders decide they’re done with this pattern.

Concio was born from sitting on both sides of the table - leading big change from within complex organizations and advising them from the outside - and seeing how rarely the real conversation happens. Our founders, David and Ricardo, created Concio to close that gap: a place where leadership work is as commercially sharp as it is human, where we’re willing to ask the questions others avoid, and stay with the challenge to get to the answers.

Today, what truly defines the value we deliver is the ways of working we bring to every engagement, with every client. Our team works with provocative curiosity, an experimental edge and a strong sense of ownership.
